TESTIMONIALS ABOUT OUR NEST WILDFLOWER ID CLASS
"LA Rawlings-Allen offers one of the most enjoyable and informative classes on wildflowers that I have ever taken. She covers the science and the lore in a way that makes learning about our flower world an absolute joy. I’m pretty sure that I enjoyed learning from her so much and it was so fun that I took a couple of her classes twice. I hope to attend the next series of her classes as soon as they are offered." - Carol Deuer-Reese, 2025 student.
"Just completed the NEST Wildflower class and recommend it to anyone who wants to go deeper into understanding botanical language and identifying flora families. Not only is the material informative and well organized, I met the best people with whom I now hike and share photos of new flowers! I learned so much from the hands-on hikes and LA’s encyclopedic mind. Thank you!!!" - Leslie Peters, 2026 student.
"LA Allen teaches the most comprehensive wildflower class you can imagine. She teaches a systematic method for identifying wildflower families. Using this system makes it easy to identify most any wildflower. She is such a knowledgeable teacher who explains things clearly, provides lots of useful resources, and makes sure to answer all questions. I highly recommend her class!" - Maryann Hicks, 2026 student.
